SVB & Wilson Sonsini Southwest Investor Trek

Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and SVB are pleased to present the Southwest Investor Trek, which will be held virtually from Friday, May 7, to Sunday, May 16, 2021. The Southwest Investor Trek offers a unique opportunity for start-ups to connect with venture investors in search of promising, early-stage technology companies looking to fundraise by year-end 2021.

Technology start-ups must register to privately pitch their company/idea for investment. A committee of participating investors will individually review company submissions in advance and select the applicants they would like to pitch on the platform.

Interested companies that meet the eligibility requirements below are encouraged to register and submit an online application with a non-confidential presentation deck and elevator pitch video (if desired) on our virtual Thumbraise platform.

Eligibility:

A technology-focused start-up, including direct-to-consumer, business-to-business, mobile/web application, development tools, and digital health (other than regulated diagnostic/therapeutic) companies, that:

• Plans to raise a Seed or Series A round of $1-$10M by the end of 2021
• Has developed a minimum viable product (or equivalent) or is selling its product to end-customers, at a minimum
• Is based in Texas or the Southwest (AZ, NM, NV, OK, AR, or LA)

*Selected companies will be notified of their acceptance by May 4.
