On January 13, 2025, Qventus, a leading provider of AI-based care automation software for health systems, announced the successful completion of a $105 million Series D investment led by KKR, with additional participation from Bessemer Venture Partners and new strategic investors, Northwestern Medicine, HonorHealth, and Allina Health. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Qventus on the transaction.
Qventus’ AI-first care operations automation platform is used in inpatient and outpatient settings in leading health systems. The company's solutions have been designed to intelligently automate operations and end-to-end workflows across care settings. The additional capital will be used to accelerate the development and commercialization of solutions powered by Qventus’ AI Operational Assistants.
