Wilson Sonsini Advises Sequoia China on Envision Digital’s $210 Million Series A Financing

On June 7, 2022, Envision Digital, the leading provider of Artificial Intelligence and Internet of Things (AIoT) software driving the transition to Net Zero, announced the completion of its Series A financing of $210 million led by Sequoia China with participation from GIC. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati acted as counsel to Sequoia China.

The new investment will accelerate the transition to net zero through global expansion of Envision Digital’s operations, additional research and development, and exploration of new strategic partnerships. Envision Digital has over 900 employees and 13 offices across the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Norway, Japan, Thailand, China, and the United States, with headquarters in Singapore.

The Wilson Sonsini team that represented Sequoia China in the transaction was led by partner Jie Zhu, and included Xuchao Dong, Chun Teng, and Yi Shen.
