On September 30, 2026, Kanu AI, a platform that turns everyday employee tasks into custom software for enterprises, announced $11.7 million in funding led by Trilogy Equity Partners, with participation from a16z speedrun, BMW i Ventures, and Accel. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Kanu AI on the transaction.

Founded just over a year ago, Kanu AI has more than doubled its revenue in each quarter since launch and now serves enterprises across a range of verticals, including commercial real estate, insurance, financial services, and technology. Kanu AI automatically captures an enterprise's intelligence—how its employees work, interpret data, make decisions, and drive outcomes—and turns it into production-grade software.

The Wilson Sonsini team that advised Kanu AI on the transaction includes Jonathan Chan, Sunny Kumar, Laura Odujinrin, and Joey Auer.
