Wilson Sonsini Advises Circle Games on $25 Million Series A

On September 24, 2026, Istanbul-based mobile game studio Circle Games announced it raised $25 million in a Series A round led by Tencent, taking its total investment to $32.25 million. Existing investors e2vc, BITKRAFT Ventures, APY Ventures, and a16z Speedrun also participated in the round. Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati advised Circle Games on the transaction.

Circle Games plans to use the new funding to bring its recently released Jelly Escape to additional markets, continue growing its puzzle game Sort Express, double its employee count, and expand its product portfolio with new mobile games.

The Wilson Sonsini team that advised Circle Games on the transaction includes Jonathan Chan, Peter Bratton, Mounika Yepuri, and Kate Kirkpatrick.
